HS (Larry) and I teed it up at Autum Valley with Larry taking a quick 2 up lead that stayed that way through 9 holes. I evened the match at 14 and was even through 17. With all the bad luck we both had, I got lucky on the 18th leaving myself with a 4 footer for bird. Larry missed his 12 footer for bird and mine went in. Excellent match Larry.

LarryK and I had quite a match. LarryK hit so many trees and water, I should have run away with the match, but every time I would hit a lousy shot and LarryK would then knock a great recovery shot next to the hole to save par over and over. It was to LarryKs credit he hit those gutsy recovery shots to grab the win in the end. Nice playing and congrats Big Lar. |
