| The Summer Hill Blue Devils advanced to the SEBL City Conference Final Four, with an 86-54 drubbing of the Sixers, who came in as the #2 seed from the East Division. Summer Hill worked out to a 41-28 lead over the Sixers by half-time, through the scoring of Kashif Gumbs, who scored 18 of this game high 30 in the first half. Blake King provided the Sixers offense in the first half with 17 points. Summer Hill increased its lead in the second half, as Chris Morgan took over the latter stages, driving his way to 15 of his 20 total. The Blue Devils rode the victory out to advance to the Final Four, where they will face off against ServPro-2 on Saturday at 3:00pm. King finshed with 28 for the Sixers, while Eric Chatmon had 11 and Tomar McClendon 10. For the Blue Devils, Marcus McElrath also had 13, Dee Henderson 11 and Brandon Harris seven. |
