Steve managed to secure both an Alaskan Smoked Porter (2009 vintage - close enough for our purposes) and a Uinta Sixteenth Anniversary Barleywine at Argonaut Liquors in Denver on his recent trip to Colorado. Quite the score really, since neither of these beers is available in the Chicagoland area.

A four star beer that Steve's parents were kind enough to tote back with them from their summer cruise to Alaska. Steve drank this beer (2008 vintage) at his parents' house in Berwyn on 9/4/09.
