From Syracuse --

• Take I-81 South to I-380 East to I-80 East.
  
• I-80 East will merge with I-95 at Fort Lee, N.J.
  
• Cross the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway I-295 South to the Throgs Neck Bridge
  
• Follow to Clearview Expressway (approx. 4 miles); Clearview joins the Grand Central Expressway East and then becomes the Northern State Expressway East.
  
• Follow the Northern State Exp. to the Meadowbrook Exp. South (four lanes).
  
• Stay in the right lane and take the third exit (M-4, approx. ½ to ¾ miles).
  
• Exit right onto Route 24 West to Hofstra University.
