Bracket Notes: Nine years ago, the OHSWPC changed it's state playoff formula to a four league feed due to growth in the Portland Metropolitin area, esp. the establishment of the Pac-7 (now Pac-9) League. The greatest newest growth has been in the Valley League teams. For now, 3 of those teams are competing in the Pac-9 and others are competing in the Southern League. There are easily enough team that are competitive to create their own league. This could be short term solution until OSAA take-over, a 6th league is added, or seperate into 8 leagues.
