Bracket Notes: This playoff would always be in the south region as they all have to travel. The location is assumed to have already been reserved, but could change in future years.
This is not my proposal, but doesn't change as much from the current format. It is easier to understand, but does not have the advantages of my proposal.
Due to the girls playoffs being on Friday in 2011, the 4 boys elimination games would be first. On Saturday, all 4 district semi-finals would be done before the 4 final games.
The dates listed are assuming a 2 day tournament for all winning teams. However, since only the 3rd place games would have teams playing their 3rd game, it could be possible to have seperate days for boys and girls. It would require resting time for those playing their 3rd game.
