Final Fantasy Tactic |
| Though it's an 8/9 match, the winner seems pretty clear. Pretty much every GCN owner around has and likes Metroid Prime. Many Final Fantasy fans aren't big on Tactics, and it's already proved it can't play with the 'big boys' or even most mid tier games. Metroid Prime should advance, though FFT could make it a match. |

| Though it's not REALLY popular around Gamepost, and it's pretty inconsistant in showdowns, Metroid Prime has a nice sized fanbase that can boost it far if it gets the right matchups. Last year it got burned early, being placed against Call of Duty. |
