Riggo strikes again in a big way. The 15 seeded Panthers ran out of luck as the Skins fullback torched Carolina for 226 yards and 3 touchdowns. QB Joe Theismann threw for 3 touchdowns as the Redskins slayed the Panthers 48-7.
Panther QB Kerry Collins, who was having a great tournament, though 3 INT, and just one touchdown.
Art Monk caught 2 scores for the Skins.
