A blowout in PA! The high powered machine that is the Rams offense downed the Steel Curtin in Steel town! Marshall Faulk was outstanding as he rushed for 101 yards and 2 scores, and also chipped in with 71 yards recieving and a score though the air. Warner was mistake free, as he tossed 3 touchdowns and 0 INT.
The Rams jumped out to a 21-0 lead, before the Steelers scored 9 unanswered. But a back breaking drive in the 3rd that was topped off with a 5 yd TD pass from Warner to Holt, sent the Steelers home after the 1st round.
Faulk for is 172 total yards and 3 TDs was named the gams most valuble player. |
