Prosser (axis) defeats cgkdesign (allies) in round 10. Bid 8, JP transport.
This was an interesting game. The allies fought back well, but never recovered from devastating dice in Round 1, and 2, and 3 and most of the rest of the rounds. Two 80% battles went against the Ruskies R1, leaving G with 6 fighters for the rest of the game.
UK 1 featured a Japanese tranny surviving an attack by UK destroyer, among other things. (they lost another bomber to a tranny later in the game)
Germany kept Africa with an combined fleet in the med for most of the game.
Excellent play by cgk could not quite overcome a game were allies kept losing to isolated transports. |
