Appearance: Sunglasses, long black overcoat. Half white, half black. Walks slowly but triumphantly. A scar on his hand.
Background: Once acclaimed as a hero, the wrestling champion Alex Vernav had fallen into drugs. He seemed traped forever in the world, when an hallucination told him about the coming of the Antichrist. It seemed so real, he fully believed it. Too bad nobody else did, and evetually he was recluded in an asylum. He had to escape, and fast. While no one was looking, Alex destroyed a window with his left hand, which got scarred for life. Using his Wrestling techniques, he defeated everyone in his path and got away from the asylum.
With no one to help him now, he changed his name to Neopheus and hided inside his overcoat, searching for hints of the the Antichrist.
"It" finally came, and possessed USA president. When Neopheus discovered this, it was too late. He became depressed and fell into drug again. Another vision told him about the "lights of hope", three humans who knew the truth. Neopheus searched for them, and somehow he found all them. They then finally faced the Antichrist. "It" killed them all one for one, except Alex. But Neopheus didn't sureender, he kept fighting, alone. Eventually, there was a figure standing, alone, in the battlefield, and it was Alex's.

Description: A short bald midget who almost always carries a machine gun which is as large as he is. Sometimes carries a bazooka twice his size. Usually decked in army camouflage, but also wears a tux, and welding overalls with face-guard.
Background: An orphan who grew up on the same military base as the main character and became his best friend. Like all Cids he is a master of mechanics and creates all sorts of crazy devices. The problem is, his partner mechanic is an airhead, so everything they make only works half the time. Frustrated by his partners incompetence, he takes out his anger on the enemy with extreme prejudice.

Attacks:
-Short Burst: Machine gun burst
-Ammo Waster: Unloads the whole magazine on an enemy. The massive recoil causes damage to Cid though.
-Bazooka: Variable attack. Consumes shells, which have different effects.
-Ankle Bite: Desperation attack. Causes 9999 damage. 99999 if the damage limit is broken.
