At school, DR CATASTROPHE, known at school as Shirley, looks like any normal kid, he is short for his age, shy, skinny, wears glasses and has buck teeth, he has blond hair, brown eyes and a big nose, he wears a stripy blue shirt, gray pants and black shoes.
At home, though, DR. CATASTROPHE is a completely new person, he wears black tights, a red shirt, a blue cape, a green belt and finally, a black mask over his eyes to cover up his true identity.
Background: At school, Shirley is the class nerd, he is bullied at school, and comes home with bruises and scratches. One day, Shirley decided that he had had enough of being bullied at school, and that night, he devised an evil plan.
Now, Shirley is known as DR. CATASTROPHE, the evilest super villain in the world, along with his evil sidekick, Harry, the hamster with the power of lazer eyes, he plots his plans of world destruction and destroying his evil nemeses, museum man, every day after school in his secret base under his bed. His many plans of world destruction have not worked yet, but the world is in danger, as DR. CATASTROPHE's secret identity has not yet been discovered, any day could be the day when DR. CATASTROPHE's evil plan finally works

Background: War was beginning between the rivaling countries of Welchler and Egase. The family of Thrax'n realized if they were to stay in their town of Welchler they would have to choose a side. So they left for Dareh, approximately 40 miles away across an ocean. About 30 miles there, the ship they were traveling on was attacked by rum-guzzling pirates. Nearly the entire crew was slain, but Xan's father, Usi Thrax'n, managed to hijack a lifeboat in all the confusion and chaos and rowed the last 10 miles.
Years went by and both, Usi, and Xan's lives were quite different. Usi took a part-time job as an alchemist while Xan was training under his father the rest of the time. Before long, Xan had achieved great skill and proficiency with his dagger, and his father was bringing in 50 gil a week. While experimenting with lead elements, Usi caught an illness and died, so was the fate of many alchemists. In his frustration, Xan chucked his dagger to the ground, shattering it into pieces. Days later, Xan picked up his dagger and moved on, depressed and remoseful he had not increased his smelting level.
Xan's new life would be that of a beggar. He wandered the Earth, searching for answers he could not find, all the while remembering his father, his master, one of his only friends. He would find some way to avenge his father, but how?
At about this same time, a plightful organization was looking to take power of much of the central continent of his world. This underground organization had no name, but it was quite dangerous nonetheless. Xan finally got word of this organization and sought to fight for that what was righteous and possibly get a better idea of what makes people corrupt. This is all for now, because the rest will contain spoilers.
