Backround- The evil Villain Konato Matashkie has a sinister plan for world domination. His plan is to control the minds of everyone in the world to do his evil deeds. He will do this with a menacing mind control device. After the device is made he will take over the television and put himself on every channel. Then he will turn on the device and send his mind controlling messages. Bond will have to do whatever it takes to defeat Konato. The only way to save the world is to obtain and eliminate the device.

After being a Hero Ghaleon retired to Vane to run the Magic School of Vane along with Lemia Ausa, another of the 4 Heroes. Ghaleon was perhaps the most intelligent and complex character throughout the entire world of Lunar. His past is riddled with conflicts of being a Hero and a Leader. When the original threat of Lunar came over 15 years ago, Ghaleon arose to the challenge and helped defeat the villain. Soon after the Heroes settled down into their news lives, Ghaleon witnessed the death of his closest friend, DragonMaster Dyne. Ghaleon was never the same.
