Description: He looks very human, often has a gun of some sort in his bag.(Usually his custom made sniper rifle) Has jet black hair and is physically fit. Everyone who knows him always has some weird feeling that he can look into your thoughts, because his reaction times are super human (FROM ANOTHER PLANET, HELLO!) No one really knows the full extent of his psy-powers.
Background: The year is 2109, Earth is fighting a war against invaders from another area of the galaxy. Her allies are numerous, including a sister planet named Xeon, which is very much like Earth. Their people have execptional thinking powers and are rumored to be able to perform telekinisis. The two planets have formed a close bond (trade, military, etc..) and people from both planets often visit and live in the others' home world. Pendros is a sniper from a mixed special forces unit (both planets) that is called in to attack leaders of the invading forces
Attacks: He makes his own bullets out of a high density alloy, firing them in a custom made sniper rifle. He also carries a small metal disk that functions as a sort of Swiss Army knife on steroids.

Description: 5'9", medium build with slightly toned muscles. Short black hair, steely gray eyes. Wears long sleeved shirt, gray on the left side and white on the right side, with black buttons down the front and black piping on collar and sleeves; gray pants with black piping down the side; white shoes. Wields a surgical scalpel, hypodermic needle and several vials of chemicals as weapons. He has several scars on his back and arms, where countless surgical incisions have been made.

Attacks: Surgical Slice (charging attack, slices across the midsection with scalpel); Paralysis Needle (gives opponent a paralyzing injection that lasts for around 1.5 seconds, enough time to follow up with a damaging move); Upper Incision (uppercut attack with scalpel); Poison Cloud (throws down a chemical vial that creates a small cloud of toxic gas, which hovers in front of Excel and will damage an opponent who gets close enough); Vivisection (finishing move-- whips out his scalpel, draws a neat incision across the opponent's middle and proceeds to dissect his or her bodily organs, finally ending the opponent's life with a single stab to the heart); Gangrene (another finishing move--injects opponent with a chemical that causes his/her body parts to rot off, piece by agonizing piece, until he/she falls apart)
Background: A laboratory-produced organism, part of a study in the acceleration of human intelligence. Excel's intellectual development quickly exceeded that of his creators, and he destroyed the lab as revenge from the cruel experiments performed on him. He is now filled with contempt for all of humankind and considers other living things as nothing more than laboratory specimens to be caught and toyed with as he wishes. He takes joy in mutilating and disfiguring opponents before snuffing out their lives with his tools. Since his body ages more quickly than a normal human being's, he is bent on taking as many human lives as he can before his own end comes.
