Background: An orphan who grew up on the same military base as the main character and became his best friend. Like all Cids he is a master of mechanics and creates all sorts of crazy devices. The problem is, his partner mechanic is an airhead, so everything they make only works half the time. Frustrated by his partners incompetence, he takes out his anger on the enemy with extreme prejudice.
