Troy & Sam of Washington D.C. won all 3 games in the Preliminary Rounds, they then swept through the "Sweet 16" Playoffs to take the 2005 New York City Friday Night Special Championship. This was Troy & Sam's first 1st Place victory in 2005. They were the 2003 National Champions & Players Of the Year.
Look out Bid Whist world, Troy & Sam may be back on the championship trail.
