Bracket Notes: Welcome to the 2007 Tecmo Players Circuit online Tournament.

You have been seeded accordingly to accomodate for 32 players.

This is a single Elimination Tournament.

All TPC Rules apply:



For best communication, keep chat window open and move it out of the way.

WR and TE are not allowed to run the ball except on reverses designed for WR's

No Using the 4th man down on FG and XP

Onside kicks are allowed.
Skipping the coin toss is allowed. The coin toss is random
anyway.

You must say GL and GG. Those stand for Good Luck and Good Game.


Using the Defensive Linemen is not allowed.

Please allow the team on defense to pick their defender before the ball is snapped.

You can only go to the do substitutuions or check conditions TWICE a game.

The winner is responsible for getting the .sta (save file, F5) file.

The loser must confirm the winner got the sta. At minimum, allow him time to get the file.

Player 1 (good side) must pick team first.

If player 1 wants a different team, player 2 will always be given the chance to repick their team.



You do not need to video record the games

After game is over send the STA file into the TPC database, and inform me you have via email (cboylan123@yahoo.com) or AIM (Carmelhoops27)

Only active players have been chosen.

You have one week to play your game.

First round games go from friday January 5 - Sunday January 14

If you cannot contact your opponent let me know. One extra day will be given to contact the player which I will attempt as well. If not made, the contactee will win 2-0 on forfeit.

The better seed is home team. This means they must load the ROM. The better seed MUST host unless unable to.

Only the TPC_Original Rom is used.

Choosing teams:

We are using the tier system. The better seed chooses their team first. They may choose ANY team. The away player then must choose a team from that teams tier or lower.

One : sf hou gia buf
Two: phi rai chi
Three: cin kc mia
Four: den sd rams tb det was min
Five: dal phx pit jets atl
Six: no gb cle sea ind ne

EX: player one chooses CIN. Player two may choose KC, Miami, or any team in tier 4 5 or 6.

Please agree on your team before going into nesticle. this will avoid confusion.

You can not be one team more than once. If you've been SF once, you cannot be them again.

This is single elimination.
